Insomnia is exhausting—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. The never-ending cycle of restless nights, struggling to make it through the day, feeling drained before it even begins.

I know this struggle intimately. After a car accident, I experienced PTSD-induced insomnia, and sleep became my greatest challenge. I craved deep rest more than anything, yet it felt completely out of reach.
